Building relationships with the people you sponsor is key.
As you begin sponsoring people in SFI, learn more about them. Find out some of their goals and work with them to try and figure out how you can help them achieve those goals. By doing so, you’ll be more than twice as likely to reach your own goals. The people you sponsor are your most valuable asset along with your repeat customers so try and remember this. Learn to become a powerful mentor with a servants heart.
